Pentecostal Theological Seminary ( Before Rivers Bible College ) was founded in 1981 at a temporal site in Bori Town, Ogoni, Rivers State with initial student enrollment of tweenty-eight students. Rev. B.J. Tusiima became the pioneer Principal and was joned by the Rev. G.B. Mene and P. Orlu as Fellow Teachers. At the end of january of the following year, 1983, The school was move to her permanent site, Elelenwo / Akpajo Junction, Eleme, Port Harcourt. The first convocation of the college was held in 1983 with a graduate population 28 students. PURPOSE

The sole purpose of the seminary is the training of people called by God to preach the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ to mankind for the purspose of reconciling them to god.
